Sweet Roundhouse Kick

My son Kevin throwing a pretty sweet roundhouse with a baseball in hand.

Hands are up.
Eyes on the target.
Hips opened up.
Lower foot turned to help open hips up.

Nice form on your kick Kevin.

Keep up the good work!

Poomsae Stances 1st Draft

This is the 1st draft of Poomsae stances to be drawn for our competition team.

Taekwondo Knock Out

Decided to go to GIF images instead of JPG's.  Better color recognition for drawing or sketching (not as many colors).  I certainly don't need all the colors that a JPG has to offer.  Also, GIF images are generally smaller in file size.
